Stora Blecktornsparken

The park features extensive green spaces with walking paths, rock formations, and numerous mature trees spreading across the southeastern part of Södermalm.

The park inherited its name from Stora Blecktornet property, constructed in the 1770s, and transformed into a playground area during the 1930s.

The park functions as a community center with an open preschool, offering regular activities like animal demonstrations and Thursday gatherings for children.

Visitors can borrow recreational equipment including bicycles, balls, hockey sticks, ping pong paddles, and board games from the park facilities.

The park maintains animal enclosures with pot-bellied pigs, sheep, rabbits, and goats, allowing children to learn about animal care through specialized courses.
