Folkart Towers

Folkart Towers is a twin skyscraper complex of two identical structures, each standing 200 meters tall with 40 floors in İzmir's business district. The complex houses residences, offices, shops, fitness centers, and recreational facilities within its two buildings.

The towers opened in 2014, marking a significant period in İzmir's urban modernization and economic transformation. Their construction was part of a larger development plan that reshaped the city's architectural identity.

The two towers define Bayraklı's skyline and represent modern design principles in contemporary Turkish architecture. The combination of residential and commercial spaces within one complex reflects how today's urban spaces are meant to bring living and working together.
