Ege Perla

Ege Perla is a skyscraper complex in Konak, Izmir, made up of several connected towers containing apartments and commercial spaces. The towers together form a unified structure with glass and concrete facades.

The complex began development in 2016 under architect Emre Arolat as part of Konak's modern growth. This project marked a turning point for contemporary high-rise architecture in this part of Izmir.

The complex shows how modern tower design reflects how people want to live and work in the city today. The way the buildings are arranged creates open areas that residents and visitors move through.

The location sits centrally with good public transportation connections and direct access to shops and restaurants nearby. Visitors should know that the areas between the towers offer little shade on hot days.

The building includes energy-saving features and sustainable materials built into its design in ways that are less obvious than expected. Most visitors do not consciously notice the environmental aspects, even though they were central to how it was built.
