Mihrabad Grove

Mihrabad Grove spans across 20.12 hectares on the Asian side of Istanbul, featuring walking trails and diverse plant species near the Bosphorus strait.

The natural area opened to the public in 2011, transforming a section of Beykoz's landscape into an accessible recreational destination for Istanbul residents.

The grove forms part of Istanbul's network of green spaces, reflecting Turkish traditions of incorporating nature preservation within urban development.

Visitors can access multiple facilities including restrooms, parking areas, playgrounds, and designated spaces where dogs are permitted throughout the grove.

The walking path stretches 0.9 miles with an elevation gain of 141 feet, requiring approximately 2,000 steps to complete the medium-difficulty trail.
