Bailing Sport Park, Sports complex in Shilin District, Taiwan
Bailing Sport Park is a sports complex along the Keelung River in Taipei with multiple athletic facilities. The grounds contain basketball courts, tennis courts, rugby fields, and designated areas for baseball, softball, and football.
The facility opened in 1989 as part of Taipei's effort to develop new recreational spaces for residents. This project represented a major addition to the city's sports infrastructure at that time.
The park functions as a central gathering point where local teams participate in tournaments while community groups conduct regular fitness workshops and training sessions.
The grounds are spread across a large area along the riverbank with clear sections for different sports. The riverside location makes it easy to find your way around and enjoy the outdoor setting while using the facilities.
The park extends for 2,900 meters along two riverbanks, integrating waterfront views with specialized sports facilities in an urban setting.
