Motian Township is a residential complex in Xizhi featuring seven towers that reach 120 meters in height. The development contains approximately 1,750 housing units spread across 33 floors, along with five basement levels.
The site was originally a wood processing factory founded in 1962 before being converted into a residential project. The housing complex was completed in 1999, representing a complete transformation of how the land was used.
The establishment of Baoxin Village in 2010 strengthened local governance and community management, enhancing resident participation in neighborhood affairs.
The complex provides various facilities including a fitness center, cinema, library, and basketball court for residents. A controlled access system ensures security by limiting entry to authorized occupants.
During construction in the 1990s, Motian Township held the distinction of being the tallest building complex in the Xizhi District of New Taipei.
