Hualien County Stone Sculptural Museum, Stone sculpture museum in Hualien City, Taiwan.
The museum building features modern architecture with high ceilings, constructed using Shimizu form work and incorporating piled stones across two expansive floors.
Established in 2001 as Taiwan's first dedicated stone sculpture museum, the institution has since hosted six international stone sculpture arts festivals.
The museum divides its exhibition spaces into collection areas, modern stone sculpturing sections, traditional stone sculpturing zones, and multimedia presentation rooms.
Open Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with admission fees of NT$20 for standard tickets and NT$10 for concessions.
The museum grounds display numerous outdoor stone sculptures and maintain continuous collaborations with industries and academic institutions for educational programs.
