Komisarivka is an urban-type settlement in Alchevsk administrative division of Luhansk Oblast in eastern Ukraine. It sits at approximately 294 meters elevation within a region of scattered communities and industrial activity.
This settlement received its urban-type classification in 1925 during the Soviet era. The status remained unchanged until administrative reforms in January 2024 redefined the local governance structure.
