Tokmakov Dacha, Villa and regional cultural heritage site in Koreiz, Russia.
The two-story stone and wooden villa features decorative carvings, traditional ornate cornices, and a spacious veranda overlooking the Black Sea coast.
Built in 1885 for tea merchant Ivan Fedorovich Tokmakov, the estate became a workers' rest home after nationalization in 1921.
Composer Sergei Rachmaninoff wrote his first nocturne at this villa, which hosted numerous Russian artists and cultural figures during the late 1800s.
The estate stands 84 meters from the beach and is located near the Miskhor Sanatorium, offering visitors access to both historical and recreational facilities.
The architecture combines southern coastal elements with Siberian wooden design features, influenced by craftsmen brought from Kyahta in Buryatia.
