Initially built as Morton International Building in 1990, the structure became Boeing International Headquarters in 2001 when the company moved from Seattle to Chicago.

The headquarters includes 770,300 square feet of office space and stands above active railroad tracks, with direct access to public transportation and riverside walkways.
The structural design by Perkins & Will features steel trusses that support a suspended southwest corner to accommodate train tracks running beneath the building.
