Silver Towers

Silver Towers is a twin-tower residential complex in Hell's Kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Hudson River. The building rises across 57 floors and houses more than 1,300 housing units in this central location.

A developer purchased the industrial site in 1984 and initiated rezoning in 1989 that allowed residential development in this area. This change transformed the neighborhood from industrial land to a modern residential district.

The complex provides its residents with public gathering spaces and a park where neighbors meet throughout the year. These shared areas shape how people spend their daily time and create opportunities for chance encounters.

The site offers direct access to multiple subway lines and a complimentary shuttle to central transportation hubs. This makes it easy to explore the city without needing a car.

The complex houses one of New York City's largest indoor swimming pools for residents, featuring dedicated training lanes. Few visitors realize this spacious facility exists only in a handful of residential buildings.
