15 Broad Street, Neoclassical office building in Financial District, Manhattan, US.

15 Broad Street is a 43-story office tower in Manhattan's Financial District, finished with grey brick and a limestone base. Its facade aligns with the architecture of neighboring structures in Lower Manhattan.

The building was established in 1928 as the Equitable Trust Building and quickly became one of the world's largest office structures. Its construction marked an important moment in the growth of Manhattan's Financial District.

The building houses a large Louis Quinze chandelier that was moved here from another structure in the area. This fixture remains a distinctive feature of the interior spaces today.

The building sits centrally with direct access to multiple subway lines through entrances on nearby streets. The location makes it easy to explore the area on foot and travel by public transit.

The building was constructed using air rights from a neighboring JP Morgan property to install structural supports above an adjacent structure below. This unusual building solution shows the complexity of construction in a densely built area.
