The structure, completed in 1982 by Fruin-Colnon Construction, was formerly known as Boatmen's Bancshares of St. Louis and First National Bank.
As the fourth largest office building in Downtown St. Louis, the tower represents the financial and corporate presence in Missouri's economic center.
Located at 800 Market Street, the building houses major corporations including Ralcorp headquarters and Bank of America offices occupying 500,000 square feet.
The building received Building Owners and Managers Association awards for excellence four consecutive years from 1996 through 1999.
