The church maintains its connection to Maryland's religious heritage through the Severn Cross Roads Foundation, which manages the property as Historic Baldwin Hall.

The structure received an extension in 1933 that perfectly replicated the original exterior details, maintaining the architectural integrity of the 19th-century design.
