Santa Rosalía

Santa Rosalía is a parish in Libertador Municipality of Caracas and includes residential areas, commercial zones, and mountainous terrain within the urban framework. The area spans several sectors and connects different city neighborhoods together.

The area formed in 1795 when it separated from San Pablo Parish and became an independent administrative division. This separation marked an important turning point in Caracas's urban development.
