Independence Stadium

Independence Stadium is a sports venue in central Huế with seating capacity for around 25,000 spectators and traditional architecture from the 1930s. The grounds host both athletic competitions and large gatherings for the community.

The venue was originally built in 1932 by French colonials and named Stade Olympique de Hue. It was later renamed Stadium Long Bao to honor the royal family.
