Bãi Sau

Bai Sau is a public beach on the eastern coast of Vung Tau stretching about 3 kilometers with golden sand throughout. The shoreline extends between natural landmarks and fills daily with swimmers and water sports enthusiasts.

This beach became a primary destination in the 1980s when Vung Tau developed into a coastal resort for domestic travelers. Its growth reflects the region's emergence as an important tourism hub during that decade.

Local fishermen have worked these waters for generations and sell their catch directly to beachfront restaurants. Their daily presence shapes the character of the place and ties the fishing tradition to modern beach life.

Several rental shops along the beach offer chairs, umbrellas, and water sports gear for visitors throughout the day. These facilities provide straightforward access to equipment and make it easy to enjoy extended time on the sand.

The water stays warm enough for swimming throughout the year, making this one of the few beaches where visitors can safely enter the sea in any season. This temperature consistency sets it apart from other regional coastlines.
