UnionBank Plaza, 49-floor office skyscraper in Ortigas Center, Pasig, Philippines
UnionBank Plaza is a 49-story office tower in Ortigas Center with a height of 206 meters. Its exterior features a distinctive aluminum curtain wall system that wraps around the entire structure.
Originally planned by Megaworld Corporation as World Finance Plaza, the building was purchased by Union Properties during construction. It opened to tenants in 2004.
The building houses offices and businesses that serve the financial district of Metro Manila, making it an active hub in the commercial landscape of the city.
The building offers extensive parking across 6 basement levels and 7 above-ground levels for tenants and visitors. Its central location in Ortigas Center provides convenient access via public transportation and main roads.
The 47th floor houses an executive skylounge, and the rooftop includes a helipad for aircraft access. These facilities offer rare vantage points over Metro Manila from the tower's upper reaches.
