Pagcor Tower, Proposed skyscraper in Parañaque, Philippines
Pagcor Tower is a proposed skyscraper in Parañaque with 112 floors and a height of 650 meters. The structure would combine shopping, dining, and entertainment spaces within a single vertical complex.
The project emerged under Efraim Genuino's leadership at the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation as part of the Entertainment City development plan. The concept was developed by Malaysian conglomerate Genting Berhad.
The tower represents Philippine urban development goals through its integration of retail, dining, and entertainment facilities within a single vertical structure.
The site is located near Manila Bay in Parañaque and is accessible from several districts of the metropolitan area. Keep in mind this is a development project that may still be in planning stages.
If completed, the structure would rank among the tallest observation structures worldwide. Its unusual scale sets it apart from other development projects in the region.
