200 West Street

200 West Street is a 44-story office tower in Battery Park City featuring a curved glass facade oriented toward the Hudson River and standing 228 meters tall. Inside, it offers six open trading floors without interior columns, multiple elevators, and on-site amenities including a fitness center.

Construction of this tower took place between 2005 and 2009, marking a major investment in Lower Manhattan's recovery following the attacks of September 11. The project represented a significant commitment to rebuilding the downtown business district.

The building includes a public passageway that guides visitors from Battery Park City toward the World Financial Center, with shops and gathering spaces along the route.
