Battelle Hall

Battelle Hall is an event venue at the Greater Columbus Convention Center with an open main floor and a balcony level to accommodate different gathering sizes and configurations. The space features a movable stage and seating that can be adjusted for concerts, sports, and other large-scale events.

The hall opened in the early 1980s as part of a major investment by a scientific research institute. Since then, it has become an important venue for diverse events ranging from music to sports.

The venue has hosted performances by Conway Twitty, Elvis Costello, Cyndi Lauper, Billy Idol, and served as a stage for professional wrestling events.

The space gets natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows during daytime events and has modern lighting for evening shows. The flexible seating arrangement allows the layout to be quickly adapted for different types of gatherings.

The venue's LED lighting system can generate a vast range of color combinations through hundreds of light fixtures. This allows the visual environment to be completely customized for each event.
