Depew Memorial Fountain

The Depew Memorial Fountain is a bronze monument in University Park featuring eight dancing children and a musician arranged across five tiers of pink granite. Three basins collect water at different levels, while marble seating surrounds the entire sculpture.

The monument was completed in 1919 and originated from a donation made to commemorate a deceased community member whose family wanted to leave a lasting public work. The artistic design changed hands during creation, with the final sculptures completed by another artist.
