Capital Center South Tower

Capital Center South Tower is a 22-story office building at North Illinois Street that rises approximately 95 meters (311 feet) high. The structure provides modern office space across nearly 30,000 square meters (318,978 square feet) with multiple elevators and parking options.

The building was completed in 1987 by Browning Construction and developed by R.V. Welch Investments, following designs by Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf. It became part of a wave of commercial development that shaped downtown Indianapolis.
