Rofen

Rofen is a mountain settlement in the Venter Valley at about 2000 meters elevation, where traditional farmhouses are scattered among mountain paths. The houses follow typical Tyrolean building styles and offer views across the surrounding high alpine landscape.

The farms were established centuries ago and belong to the oldest managed mountain holdings in the region. They have maintained their structure and operation across generations despite the extreme conditions at this elevation.
