Rupban Mura

Rupban Mura is an archaeological site in the Mainamati region containing remains from multiple layers of ancient settlements that have been systematically excavated. The dig has uncovered pottery, Buddhist sculptures, and other artifacts spread across different depth levels of the site.

The site shows evidence of settlement and religious practice from when Buddhist communities were active in this region of Bangladesh. The layered remains and artifacts document extended periods of human activity and cultural development at this location.
