Park Lauta

Park Lauta is a large green space in Plovdiv with walking paths, outdoor fitness equipment, volleyball courts, and designated areas for dogs. The park features multiple entrances and is designed to accommodate different types of recreation and leisure activities.

The area has been inhabited since prehistoric times, with evidence of human settlements thousands of years before our era. This region has deep historical roots tied to the broader development of Plovdiv over the ages.

The park serves as a gathering place where locals come together for neighborhood events and celebrations throughout the year. Residents use the open spaces to connect with each other and enjoy time with friends and family.

The multiple entrances are well connected to public transportation, making it easy to reach and navigate. Nearby shops and a mall provide convenience if you need to pick up anything during or after your visit.

In 2014, around 50 pheasants were introduced to enrich the animal population of the park. Today, visitors can also spot woodpeckers and squirrels, adding a special diversity to the space.
