Tivoli World was an amusement park in Benalmádena with over 30 attractions spread across its grounds, including roller coasters, water rides, and carnival games. The park featured different zones with rides and entertainment options for visitors of various ages.
The park was founded in 1972 by Danish entrepreneur Ben Olsen and named after Copenhagen's famous Tivoli Gardens, reflecting its European inspiration. It operated for decades until financial pressures and external circumstances led to its closure.
The outdoor theater hosted performances and brought together audiences who came to enjoy live entertainment in an open-air setting.
The park has been closed since September 2020 and is no longer accessible to visitors. The grounds and its attractions are no longer operational.
Peacocks roamed freely across the park grounds and were one of the most recognizable features for visitors. These birds became a visual symbol of the location throughout its years of operation.
