Playa Bonita

Playa Bonita is a sandy beach along the Mediterranean coast with natural rock formations and clear water suitable for swimming and water sports. The shore stretches comfortably and offers plenty of space for visitors to enjoy time in and around the water.

The beach grew as a popular destination during the 20th century as coastal tourism expanded across Málaga Province. Over time, facilities were built to serve the increasing number of visitors.

Local restaurants here serve traditional Andalusian seafood dishes prepared with fresh catches from Mediterranean fishing boats.

Changing facilities, water sports rental equipment, and parking are available within walking distance of the beach entrance. Arriving early is helpful, especially on sunny days, to find good spots.

A mix of Mediterranean and Atlantic currents creates specific water conditions that appeal to both casual swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. These currents make the water dynamic and interesting for different activities.
