Torre Garena

Torre Garena is an office building in Alcalá de Henares that extends over 17 stories and provides a large amount of office space. The structure features three elevators, a rooftop café, and an event space inside.

The project began in 2003 under the direction of FCC company and was completed about two years later. Its construction came during a period of modern urban development in Alcalá de Henares.

The building shapes the urban character of Alcalá de Henares with its modern form, creating a contrast to the historic structures around it. It shows how this old university city has evolved into the present day.

The building is easy to access and offers comfortable movement between levels thanks to its multiple elevators. Visitors should know that the rooftop café provides views over the city and regular events are held there.

The building uses solar panels on its southern side for power generation, making it an energy-conscious structure for its time. This energy solution was not yet common in office buildings in the early 2000s.
