Museo Rocío Jurado

The museum opened in July 2022 as the result of a project that began in 2010 but faced financing difficulties and family disagreements along the way. The collection took over a decade to finally become accessible to the public.

The exhibition space presents the evolution of Spanish music through multiple thematic areas dedicated to the artistic career of Rocío Jurado.

The museum is located in Chipiona and can be reached on foot from the town center. Visitors should note that it operates with extended afternoon and evening hours, though Sunday access is more limited.

The museum features an interactive music zone where visitors can listen to her songs through multimedia installations. This technology allows the collection to come alive with her voice and melodies.
