Dapeng International Plaza, Modern skyscraper in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, China

Dapeng International Plaza is a modern skyscraper in Guangzhou that combines office and retail spaces across its many floors. The building features underground levels for parking and connects to the surrounding urban infrastructure along a major city road.

Construction began in 1998, but the Asian financial crisis halted work in 2002 when the building was nearly topped out, making it one of Guangzhou's three major Hong Kong-funded unfinished towers. Work resumed and the main structure was completed in early 2006; after a cancelled 2008 takeover bid by Hong Kong's Shui On Group, the building finally opened in early 2011 as Zhengjia Oriental International Plaza, later renamed Zhengjia Huanshi Center.

The tower stands at the junction of Huanshi East Road and Taojin Road, beside the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou's Huanshi Road commercial district. It was planned as the district's leading office building, and its long halt made it one of the city's three Hong Kong-funded unfinished towers alongside Zhongcheng Plaza and Jingguang Plaza.

The building sits on a major road and provides underground parking for visitors and workers. Its central location makes it easy to reach and well-connected to the rest of the city.

The tower was one of three Guangzhou projects by Hong Kong developers left unfinished in the late 1990s and 2000s, alongside Zhongcheng Plaza (Sinopec Building) and Jingguang Plaza (Wanling Hui). Work halted in 2002 just before topping out, earning it the label of Guangzhou's second-largest unfinished building.
