Comendador Ho Yin Garden is a rectangular park of about 8,800 square metres in Macau's Sé district, split into north and south sections by Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes and linked by a pedestrian tunnel. It lies between the Orient Arch on Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues and Avenida da Amizade, flanked east and west by Praça de Lago Sai Van. The park has concrete chess tables, benches, a playground, a café and an open-air theatre at the Avenida da Amizade entrance.

The site opened in 1993 under Governor Vasco Joaquim Rocha Vieira and received its current name in 1996 to honor Ho Yin. This naming recognized his contributions to Portuguese-Chinese connections.

The garden's name honours Ho Yin, a Macau businessman and community leader remembered for fostering Portuguese-Chinese friendship; the Municipal Council renamed it for him on 22 November 1996. Near the open-air theatre stands the Macau Handover Memorial Pavilion, built by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for 500,000 patacas and completed in three months after its groundbreaking on 30 November 1999. Its large and small circles stand for China and Macau, and a white magnolia planted by first Chief Executive Edmund Ho in 2000 grows in front.

The park operates daily from 6 AM to midnight and offers direct access to parking for visitors arriving by car. The central location makes it straightforward to reach on foot or by public transport.

The underground car park beneath the garden opened for motorcycles in late 2007 and fully on 22 April 2008. It has two levels, about 16,000 square metres, with 415 car spaces, 542 motorcycle spaces and 4 disabled spaces; entrances are on Avenida de Artur Tamagnini Barbosa.
