Millennium Tower, Future skyscraper in Gallus district, Frankfurt, Germany.
The Millennium Tower is a 67-floor skyscraper reaching 288 meters in Frankfurt's Gallus district. The structure combines office spaces, residential units, and retail areas along with a public plaza in a central location.
The project emerged from 1998 plans by Albert Speer & Partner, which initially proposed a taller structure. The revised version reflects Frankfurt's ongoing development as an international financial center.
The public plaza surrounding the building brings together shops and restaurants where visitors and residents naturally gather throughout the day. This mix of housing and leisure spaces creates an active meeting point for the neighborhood.
Balconies face south, west, or east to maximize natural light throughout the day. Visitors should note that the substantial height and extensive glass and steel framework create unique conditions for viewing the skyline.
The building features an observation point at 266 meters called the Skyhall, offering sweeping views across Frankfurt. This platform allows visitors to see the entire city and surrounding landscapes from a single vantage point.
