Spin Tower

Spin Tower is a modern high-rise in the European Quarter with 31 floors that combines hotel and office spaces in a single building. The lower sections house an international hotel brand, while the upper floors provide office areas.

The building emerged as the first high-rise construction on Mainzer Landstrasse since the 1990s and marks westward expansion of Frankfurt's business districts. It shaped urban development in the European Quarter as a modern landmark of this growing area.

Hamburg architect Hadi Teherani designed the building to reflect Frankfurt's modern architectural identity while maintaining functional separation of spaces.

The building sits on an easily accessible street in western Frankfurt and can be reached by various public transportation options. Hotel guests and office visitors find the address straightforward, as the high-rise is clearly visible and located in a developed business area.

A steel spiral staircase connects the top office floor directly to a roof terrace, where visitors can see across Frankfurt's financial district. This direct access allows the city to be discovered from this unusual vantage point.
