Halle 3
Halle 3 is an exhibition hall at Frankfurt's trade fair grounds with a glass facade facing the Agora square. The building spans 165 meters and offers 40,000 square meters of open interior space without support columns.
The hall was selected through a design competition and built in just 18 months as a modern exhibition building. It has been part of Frankfurt's trade fair development and serves many different events since its completion.
The hall provides comprehensive facilities including electrical and water systems for exhibitors. Its central location ensures good accessibility by public transport and offers safe access for visitors and goods.
The roof features a folded design made from welded steel tubes with just six panel types, keeping costs efficient. This distinctive silhouette with peaks and troughs gives the building a visual identity that sets it apart from other exhibition halls.
