Eden

Eden is a residential tower on Europa-Allee standing at 27 floors and 98 meters high. The building features floor-to-ceiling windows in every unit, allowing residents to see across the city skyline.

The tower was built following a design competition for the former Telenorma site and completed in 2023. The project brought together multiple architecture firms to shape this modern residential structure.

The residential complex introduces a new standard of urban living in Frankfurt's European District, reflecting the city's position as a global financial center.

The building offers 24-hour concierge service, a private gym, and underground parking for about 100 vehicles. Its location at Europa-Allee 11 makes accessing public transport and nearby facilities straightforward.

The building stands out for its integrated facade gardens that bring greenery to the tower's exterior. These planted systems are uncommon on residential high-rises of this scale and add visual interest to the urban setting.
