Siemenshaus, Timber-framed house in Schreiberstraße, Goslar, Germany.

The Siemenshaus stands as a prominent four-story timber-framed structure with multiple attics, decorated entrance door, and an inner courtyard containing water supply elements.

Built in 1693 by merchant Hans Siemens, this residence became the ancestral home of the Siemens family, who later established the international electrical company Siemens.

The building represents the traditional German architectural style where merchants combined their living spaces with commercial activities, including storage areas and trading rooms.

Visitors can access the premises through guided city tours or by appointment, with group tours available for 100 euros for up to 10 people.

The house maintains four separate attic levels that were used for storing commercial goods, and contains an original brewing oven from its past as a beer production facility.
