Aalborg Tower

The steel lattice tower rises 54.9 meters high on a hill, reaching a total elevation of 105 meters above sea level with its observation platform.

The tower opened in 1933 during the Nordjysk Udstilling trade fair and was later purchased by The Shooting Fraternity, Denmark's oldest documented society from 1431.

The tower restaurant at the top level serves Danish cuisine while offering views across the Limfjord, the city center, and the surrounding landscapes.

Visitors need to ring a bell at the base to activate the elevator service, which operates during regular hours except in severe weather conditions.

The structure features Northern Europe's highest outdoor elevator, taking guests to an observation deck that accommodates up to 50 people.
