Mosque of al-Fakahani

The Mosque of Al-Fakahani is a Fatimid place of worship located on Muizz Street, constructed on a raised platform above ground-level commercial spaces. This elevated position gives it a distinctive appearance that sets it apart from neighboring buildings in the historic district.
