The Residential Intempo rises 187 meters into the sky, featuring two parallel towers connected by a cone-shaped structure between the 38th and 44th floors.
Construction of the Residential Intempo started in 2007 but faced multiple delays due to the 2008 economic crisis until its final completion in 2021.
The building design, with its parallel towers and connecting structure, creates a silhouette resembling both the number 11 and the letter M in the Benidorm skyline.
The structure contains 256 residential units across 47 floors, with 10 elevators serving residents and visitors throughout the glass and concrete building.
The Residential Intempo holds the distinction of being the tallest residential building in Spain and the European Union, surpassing the Gran Hotel Bali.
