Residential Intempo, Residential skyscraper in Benidorm, Spain.
The Residential Intempo consists of two slender towers joined by a cone-shaped section between the 38th and 44th stories. The glass and reinforced concrete facade reflects Mediterranean light and shifts in appearance throughout the day.
Construction began in 2007 and was interrupted by the 2008 financial crisis for more than a decade. Completion came only in 2021 after new investors revived the project.
The building design, with its parallel towers and connecting structure, creates a silhouette resembling both the number 11 and the letter M in the Benidorm skyline.
The residential complex holds a total of 256 units across 47 stories, served by ten elevators. The lobby is located at the base of the building near Playa Poniente beach.
The building reaches a height of 187 meters (about 614 feet) and ranks as the tallest residential structure in the European Union. Its shape resembles the number 11 or the letter M when viewed from a distance.
