Chapelle Bellini

Chapelle Bellini is a neo-baroque chapel built in 1894 in Cannes, now set within a private park. The building features a distinctive pink and white bell tower adorned with ornate stucco details and a clock, while its interior displays paintings by the artist who transformed it into a museum.

Built in 1894 by Count Vitali on the Villa Fiorentina estate, the chapel represents the religious architecture of the Belle Époque when European aristocracy sought winter refuge in Cannes. It was transformed into a museum in 1953 when the artist Emmanuel Bellini took over the space.

The chapel functions today as an art museum displaying Emmanuel Bellini's expressive works with vivid colors and themes drawn from Spanish and gypsy culture.
