The white stone villa features multiple balconies, tall windows, and decorative elements that merge different architectural styles from the 1920s period.
Built in 1920 as Villa Fénelon, the property served as Pablo Picasso's residence from 1955 to 1961, where he created numerous paintings of Cannes Bay.
The villa contains studios where Picasso produced artworks until construction of a neighboring building prompted his departure to the town of Mougins.
Located at 22 Coste Belle Avenue, the villa underwent restoration in 1987 and received a new name: Pavillon de Flore.
Marina Picasso inherited the property and discovered multiple unknown artworks within its walls after her grandfather Pablo Picasso's death.
