The Lotissement de Super-Cannes is a residential development set on elevated terrain in Cannes at about 270 meters elevation, offering views over the bay of Cannes and Juan-les-Pins. The development was founded in 1924 by the Paris and Coastal Real Estate Company as an ambitious residential project for the Riviera. The project was interrupted and many structures have remained abandoned since.
