The five-floor Palazzo Forti contains more than 30 rooms across 5000 square meters, featuring Roman and medieval architectural elements within its structure.
The palace changed ownership through centuries, from Ezzelino III da Romano through the Emilei and Forti families to Napoleon Bonaparte and Field Marshal Radetzky.
The palace houses AMO, a museum dedicated to opera, displaying costumes, scores, photographs, and multimedia exhibits that document the creation of opera productions.
Visitors can explore the museum from Tuesday through Sunday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with final admission at 5:30 PM.
The museum exhibits numerous artifacts including original librettos, stage design sketches, and historical documents that reveal the technical aspects of opera production.
