Oscar Dream is a mixed-use building in Suminoe that reaches 84 meters in height and connects directly to Suminoe-koen Station through interconnected passageways. The structure houses roughly 50 tenants including retail stores, restaurants, medical clinics, office spaces, a sports club, and a hotel with 229 rooms.
The building opened in 1995 as part of a project by the Osaka Municipal Transportation Bureau to improve financial stability in Suminoe. In 2015, Kinki Estate acquired the building through public auction, marking a transition from municipal to private management.
Graffy Hall on the third floor hosts dance performances, theatrical productions, concerts, and academic lectures throughout the year. Visitors can experience various cultural events that shape local arts and entertainment.
