Zenkyu-In is a Buddhist temple in Matsumoto with a collection of statues and carved figures displayed in various locations throughout its grounds and buildings. The temple was relocated to its current location in 1656 following orders from feudal lord Mizuno Tadahito. This move marked a turning point in the region's religious organization and development.
