Higashiotani High School is a private general education high school in Sakai operated by Otani Academy. The school offers three course options: an advanced course for competitive university entrance, an international course emphasizing foreign languages and overseas study programs, and a standard course supporting both club activities and academics.
The school was established in 1909 near Minami-Mido in Osaka and relocated several times throughout its history. The current building was constructed in 2013 and reflects the institution's evolution over more than a century.
