Nagayama Park is a public green space in Ome with winding walking paths, garden areas, and open sections that connect together through paved routes. The layout naturally guides visitors through different zones, each offering its own type of green environment.

Nagayama Park occupies the Ome hillside above Ome Municipal First Elementary School, directly north of JR Ome Station. Its war memorial facilities and the Chukonhi monument, erected by Admiral Togo Heihachiro, date from before the postwar period, while the sports ground complex was developed later. From June 1, 2024, Tama Cable Network holds naming rights for six years, and the grounds excluding the gymnasium are operated as TCN Sports Park Nagayama.

Nagayama Park hosts the Ome City Noryo Fireworks Festival in August and the Ome Industrial and Tourism Festival in November. The park also contains a war memorial facility and a chukonhi monument erected by Admiral Togo Heihachiro, and it connects to the Ome Kyuryo hiking course used by local residents and visitors for walks and jogging.

Parking and bicycle parking are free except during events; on busy days a paid bicycle lot near Ome Station also takes motorcycles up to 125cc. From Ome Station, follow the tracks east, turn left onto the north-south road, climb the slope and cross the railway overpass. From Higashi-Ome Station, enter via Nagayama Park-dori from the Railway Park Entrance signal.

The park holds a war memorial and a chūkonhi monument erected by Admiral Tōgō Heihachirō, the naval commander of the Russo-Japanese War. The adjacent Ome Railway Park, run by a JR East affiliate, displays locomotives and is reached from the "Railway Park Entrance" signal near the Fourth Elementary School.
