The golf course opened on July 26, 1992, designed by Tadashi Sato with a vision to integrate natural landscaping into the golf experience.

The name Ryosen combines elements meaning 'water capital' and 'mountain with people,' reflecting Japanese principles of harmony with nature.

The facility includes a 300-yard practice range with 18 bays, rental equipment, and accepts major credit cards including JCB, Visa, and Mastercard.

Eight artificial lakes dot the course landscape, while the bent grass greens present varying speeds and slopes that require precise putting techniques.
